I recognize that Ashley Stinson, LLC (Energy Archaeology) has not made any claims or promises of healing a physical illness or condition, and that this work is complimentary to a well-rounded holistic approach to healthy living. I understand that disease manifests from the energetic to the physical, and energy work is an approach to clearing the energy body. Any physical expectations are my own.
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE EVENT STAFF, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, and owners and leasers of premises used for group coaching or an Energy Archaeology session (“RELEASED PARTIES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE, to the full extent permitted by law. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELATED PARTIES, or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation in working with Ashley Stinson, LLC.
