This thoughtfully crafted anti-racism energy healing session works in the Bone and Nervous System Realms. Resmaa Menakem’s book titled “My Grandmother’s Hands” inspired this session, in coordination with a Black member of the Energy Archaeology community.
It began with a question:
“If we can work with the grids and embodied energy of capitalism and patriarchy, can we sense and work with the energy of racism in the same way?”
How The Uprooting Racism energy healing session works
During this session, you’ll move deeply into your bones, the Realm where you tap into and heal generational and lineage energies. This is where you work with the foundations and belief systems that support and uphold your life, as well as the larger foundations of society.
You’re guided to energetically release embodied and internalized racist beliefs, oppressive programming, and patterns, and to reclaim the complexity of your own lineage that was traded for “whiteness.” You may feel and understand how and where racism has been alive in your bones, and address both internal and external manifestations of racism. Lastly, you’ll mobilize the energy in your body to support broader anti-racist practices.
