For your Energy Archaeology session, we'll meet over Zoom.
We'll chat a little bit before we begin, and then move into our work with your embodied energy (what's going on in the bones, muscles, fluid realm, organs, nervous system, etc.) based on what's showing up the most prominently.
Where we work within the Realms varies from person to person. With some folks, we work almost entirely within one realm (say, the bones). With others, we may work more with an event or an energetic thread that winds its way through multiple realms.
I'll explain what I see, what it wants to move toward, and the way it's showing itself to me, then I'll be quiet while I energetically do that bit of work. We repeat this pattern as we move on to where your body is guiding us next. There's a natural ebb and flow between wakeful understanding and bringing to consciousness, and deeper periods of rest and unconscious unfolding.
Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes, but can last between 60-90. I work to what I call "energetic completion" not a time-for-money model, so when the energy feels complete, we wrap things up.
Energy Archaeology sessions are $340 or you can split it into two payments of $170 monthly.
Once you schedule your session you'll have a login to Paperbell (my booking software). Under the "contents" tab you'll find a PDF that covers pre-session orientation, what to expect during your session, and post-session integration tips.
Energy Archaeology energy work can be a little different than what you may be used to (if you're familiar with other modalities.) Because it's body-based, integration is often felt in the body.
I offer a two-week period of email follow-up for questions or concerns after your session with me. If you need assistance beyond those two weeks, you'll need to schedule another session.
Group energy work in the Realms of Embodiment (also called a Group Immersion) is structured and topical. The intention is to work deeply and thoroughly through one Realm, and for you to be able to repeat the work to continue going deeply. So if the topic or Realm for the upcoming group work resonates strongly, I'd recommend it.
Long-time clients also love joining the Group Immersions because they're a great way to do "touch up" work, or continue working with their Embodied Realms.
Group work is also great for those who want to be part of a collective body working towards larger external world shifts and integration!
Energy Archaeology Sessions are best if you know your body wants to work more broadly than the Group Immersion, and if you want personal guidance and direct support. In an Energy Archaeology session I'm listening to ONLY your body.
These are perfect if you know your body has something it wants to say, there's a clear question or intention, or you're ready to work with the most prominent pattern that is showing up.
Most folks who come to an Embodied Realms Immersion do so after joining a group or having an Energy Archaeology Session.
It becomes clear in the course of our work together or your integration period that your body has a much deeper and more complex story to tell. The Immersion gives you space to listen to the patterns under the symptoms and to unweave and reweave delicate (or stubborn!) pieces of your embodied story.
Conversely, there are people who jump right into an immersion because when you know, you know. If your body is strongly pointing you there, you don't have to dip your toe in first. It's ok to jump!
Your body will guide us to what's emerging. All you have to do is lay back and listen.
You could work extensively within one Realm or move expansively through all six.
I'm an energy worker, a creator, a deep feeler and a deep thinker, a parent, an apprentice to my ancestors, a student of hedgeriding (a specific type of spirit work), and an expert on healing through the energy of your anatomy.
My path here has been strange and winding, as all the best paths are, but thankfully, I sprinkled a trail of breadcrumbs that led me to the Realms of Embodiment. Whether I worked in corporate ecosystems, city squares, backyards, or in the body, my longing to create a sense of home wherever I work has been what nourished my soul.
The Realms of Embodiment® is where the energy that wends and weaves through your soma speaks and can be heard.
We gab with your gallbladder and discourse with your DNA because what I know in my bones is that no one is a better expert on you than you.
