My journey home to my body began at birth.
I started life this go-round with trauma. A precipitous traumatic birth, near-death experience, and a few unintegrated reflexes set me up with complex PTSD from age 0. As luck would have it, I was blessed with twins at age 27 and another traumatic birthing experience - eerily similar to what happened at my own birth - sent me into a spiral of postpartum PTSD that took two years to come out of.
During this time I went through what many in the spiritual community would call an awakening. I consider it to be my grounding. After living a life of dissociation and escape from reality, I finally sought the support and practices I needed to be in my body.
I healed through Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. I simultaneously discovered and embodied a gift for feeling, seeing, and working with energy.
I trained with mentors to develop what I was seeing, and to understand it - I surrendered to studying the pattern of the bones. What I found was not only is there an energetic component, but the lessons and pattern could be viewed archetypally or as Parts Work and unlock energetic healing in a self-responsible way.
Energy Archaeology and The Realms of Embodiment grew from this study with myself and clients over the past five years. I provide the framework for what I see energetically, and you are able to understand and apply it within the context of your life and journey. You truly become your own healer.
This framework gives you what I've found - an embodiment of your wholeness that helps you take next right action again and again. Through it, I'm consistently meeting bigger and deeper parts of myself, and using all of that to help you do the same. For yourself and your community.
